A 21-day program that includes foods and supplements and emotional/motivational support. This will purge your body of accumulated waste that has built up over time. Sessions
The wastes and toxins that have built up over time and lodged in your organs, tissues, and cells come from our processed food diets, chemicals, and toxins in the environment. It is extra baggage that we take on so gradually that we may not notice the small negative changes that happen from month to month. We may attribute it to the aging process. There is a special process that we help you go through to get to a new heightened level of health where the body is purged of the toxic load it carries around daily. When this happens, you will feel a new level of energy and heightened organ and other bodily function that you will remember experiencing from years ago. This process is called detoxification, and we have programs for this. Ask us about it!

In the individual sessions, we will sit down and determine goals for
your diet, based upon an analysis of what you are eating now. Together with
your goals and my advisement, we will work out a plan for you that works.
If you are an emotional eater we can work through to resolve those issues
as well. You will have the support you need to carry out your plan! |
